Features: System: With Nintendo DS Lite, dual screens and touch-screen technology allow you to interact with games like never before. Wireless communication allows you to experience real-time multiplayer gameplay, and the free Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection service allows you to compete against players from around the globe. Lighter. Brighter. With dual screens, a touch screen, wireless gameplay and more. | Double the fun with two screens. | Dual Screens: Two incredibly bright LCD screens offer one of the most groundbreaking gameplay advances ever developed. Each 3-inch screen can reproduce a true 3D view, with impressive 3D renderings that can surpass images displayed on the Nintendo 64. Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection: Ready to take on the world? Now, with Nintendo Wi-Fi Connection, you can connect wirelessly, chat and play with Nintendo DS owners across the globe. All you need to play is a Nintendo DS and a Wi-Fi-ready game. There are no subscription fees -- the service is free! Touch Screen Technology: The lower screen offers something never before provided by any dedicated game device: touch-screen capabilities. You no longer have to rely on just buttons to move your character or shift perspectives. Navigate menus or access inventory items simply by touching the screen with a stylus or fingertip. The possibilities are limited only by developers' imaginations. The touch screen features a tougher film cover for durability, and the included stylus is stored in the back of the unit. Microphone Port: A built-in microphone port means that with Nintendo DS, you only need to tell your games what to do. The Nintendo DS microphone gives you even more ways to interact with your favorite games. Wireless Network: With Nintendo DS Lite, you can connect with a local wireless network of up to 16 players. The wireless range can be an incredible 30 to 100 feet and for some games, multiplayer requires just one Nintendo DS game card. We recommend that you never reveal any personal information or arrange to meet a stranger. Excellent deal and very good game January 6, 2009 Vanesa Legorburu This bundle is just awesome, great price and great fun!. The game is very easy to play and with just a few minutes a day you can train your brain pretty well!!. I couldn't believe how bad my brain was when I first played it but I'm improving a little every day...LOL. I totally recommend this game to people of all ages, specially the over 30 like me...
Nintendo DS Bundle review January 6, 2009 Smart Allic (West Virginia) This product has been a lot of fun! It is very challenging and fun for me! I have never tried to complete the soduku puzzles and this has given me an opportunity to try them out! I also like the case and the color of the game console. It is easy to take along to appointments and meetings. The price was great also! I looked for this package at many websites and this one had the best price. Quick shipping, too!
Terrific bundle. Nothing I would change. January 6, 2009 S. Conway (FL, USA) Lovely protective case. Looks like a wallet and does not scream video game! This case has a very nice soft interior and provides 3 elastic slots for a extra games so you can use Brain Age (comes with bundle) then quickly switch out to one of your other favorites after working your daily tests. (can carry total of 4 games: 3 in the case 1 in the DS unit). I uploaded photos of the interior for reference. I chose this bundle because it offered: - a DS game unit with stylus pens - a game I would have bought anyway (Brain Age is NOT a demo, it is full) - plug so I can charge/play the game at home then take it with me - a case with storage that was attractive. - price (got it on black friday) - color (the blue is prettier in person!) This bundle has EVERYTHING to get started with a DS game experience. Was a great Christmas gift for myself! Besides Brain Age, my favorite games so far: MillionHeir and Picross. ADDICTIVE. Perfect for lunches at work, sitting at the bank or playing while getting your oil change! Nintendo DS is not just for kids! Adults love it too!
good gaming system at a reasonable price January 6, 2009 Michael Liu I bought this package for my daughter as Christmas present. This is her first "real" gaming system and she loves it. The game itself has some actual educational value in addition to being used to kill some time. The daily training feature is fun. We also enjoyed playing Sodoku together. The only down side is additional games seem to be pricey, they range from 20 to 30$. They could sell more games if they lower their price on those. I know several kids who have the console but only one game...I'm sure they would buy more if the price is more like 10$ a piece.
Nintendo DS Lite Blue Bundle January 6, 2009 Steve M. Reznik (Beverly Hills) Love the game. Love the protective case. Color wasn't as masculine as I was hoping. 'Ice Blue' wasn't as rich a blue color as the picture presented. For this reason, just ok. The price was outstanding as I got the Brain game essentially free.
