Product Description Sturdy, comfortable, and endowed with sleek good looks, this turner has it all. Whether you're serving coffeecake or lasagna you will do so with ease and style.
Amazon.com Review Thin, so it slips readily under lasagna or burgers, and widened slightly toward its straight-edged end for stability, this spatula is useful for serving and cooking many foods. The handle and blade (5-1/2 inches long by 2-3/4 inches wide) meet at an angle, and the blade is flexible, giving the spatula maneuverability in tight spaces. Oxo's Steel line is an all-stainless-steel variant of the company's familiar fat-handled Good Grips line. Rather than being straight-sided, this tool's handle is tapered from heel to finger grip and has satin-finish, stainless-steel panels top and bottom. The handle's sides feature the same design as those in the Good Grips line--they're made of soft processed rubber for comfort, with "fins," or grooves, that flex under pressure, conforming to individual finger grips and providing control when handles are wet or slippery. Like all Oxo tools, this spatula is dishwasher-safe; a hole in its handle facilitates hanging on a hook or peg. --Fred Brack

Best ever. November 30, 2008 A. Olafsson (Brookline, Ma) This is my favorite flipping spatulas. Its sturdy, yet not too thick. It seems to slide under everything so well. I've bought two now! Only because I lost my first one somewhere and couldn't wait for it to turn up! It finds its way into any recipe I make.
Good scooper August 26, 2008 Sagitarian Another well made Oxo item, billed as a lasagna turner but can be used for many chores.

OXO Steel 59891 Lasagna Turner Superb quality, good feel. I would like more stiffness in the "blade" for flattening 'burgers. It's a very good size for general use (a more useful size, I think, than most turners or spatulas).
OXO Steel 59891 Lasagna Turner October 4, 2007 Ellen Smith This is a very good item. The handle is comfortable to hold and the turner its self if flexible enough that it works very well to pick up or turn things.
The right tool.... July 22, 2001 Rheumor (New Orelans) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
for the job. After 3 hours of preparation and cooking, you hate to see your masterpiece destroyed at the critical moment. This handy little utensil is just right. By the way, it works fine for lots of other tricky dishes, including the always hard-to-handle 6 layered chocolate doberge (N'awlins' std birthday) cake.
