5 out of 5 stars The best cheese knife ever   November 22, 2008
K. B. Redmon (Knoxville, TN)
Someone sent this knife to me, and, like other reviewers, I thought that it was a cheap, ugly knife. What a mistake! It is ugly, but it does the most fantastic job. No cheese sticks to it; it slices cleanly through every cheese we serve. Love, love, love it, but why can't it come in another color??

5 out of 5 stars The BEST!!!   September 8, 2008
S. Thomas (Poway, CA USA)
I originaly purchased "The Cheese Knife" from a television shopping network. It was FANTASTIC! However when I moved, I got broken and I have searched EVERYWHERE to find another one. If you don't have one - get one! The BEST cheese cutter ever!!! You won't be sorry!

5 out of 5 stars the best cheese knife..   August 17, 2008
Anda P. Broom (atlanta, ga United States)
no doubt, this knife is a winner! because it is usually so difficult to cut up cheese, i was buying cheese "pre-cut" in little chunks - no more!
I now buy a chunk of cheese and go to town!

5 out of 5 stars Plastic cheese knife   June 18, 2008
Jerryhy5 (San Bruno, CA USA)
The Cheese Knife This is the best cheese knife I have ever used. I have used steel, wood, wire, slicers et al. This knife slices through the softest to the hardest cheeses with such ease that it is hard to believe it is plastic.

The cheese slices do not stick to the knife, either. I recommend this for personal use as well as gifts.

4 out of 5 stars Great Knife   June 7, 2008
G Miller (Santa Rosa)
I was a bit skeptical about how well it would perform but was amazed. This knife works for cutting any type of cheese without the problem of sticking. I have used it on cream cheese to muenster with no sticking. I would highly recommend.
