At first this simple cord looks cheap but after some use its nice to use for time exposures /tripod shots .The plastic plug end is tight and slightly over sized and takes some work to insert / line up in the 10 pin jack. You can push the trigger half way to just focus the camera ( DSLR cameras ) and release with a lock to hold it for time exposures .
As it is one of the lower priced releases I am happy with it , It looks very cheap but works fine.
