It works! November 18, 2008 Sunil D. Singh (Sunnyvale, CA) So far this is the perfect soldering iron for me. It's variable so I can turn up the heat when I'm working with thick wires and turn it down when I'm working with delicate electronics. I expect that as long as I take care of it, it will last me a long time. What else is there to say? It's a soldering iron/station and it works!
Excellent Iron November 6, 2008 Ethan Anderson (Houston, TX USA) This is admittedly a low-end soldering iron, but for a beginner or someone who doesn't need a state-of-the-art soldering station, this is a great piece of hardware. The tip is a little large for smaller tasks, but this is easily and cheaply remedied with a new narrow tip. The station is sturdy and well-made.
Should bought this the first time October 26, 2008 junk_signup It shipped very quickly and worked better than the cheap one I purchased at a local electronic store
Awesome purchase! October 6, 2008 Nick Larson (Fargo) Great value and very solid build. Works like a charm. I can say i'll have this thing around for a while.
Works great September 8, 2008 Gary Serrino (Albuquerque, NM) The iron works great. Had to buy a new tip, though, the one supplied was too large.
